PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Carrot is a care a member of the parsley family. They have been recognized as a health-giving food for thousands of years and be popular in the corner of the world and could be treated as soups, stir-fry, sauce, salt. They are high in Vitamin A and one of anti-cancer foods. Our dried carrot products are not only kept good nutrition, also having many shapes and long shelf time.
This product consists of high quality, freshly harvested, mature carrots which have been washed, peeled, trimmed, precisely diced and dried. This product is not grown from Genetically Modified seeds. After final drying step and prior to packaging, product is inspected and passed through magnets, metal detectors and X-ray inspector to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination.
FUNCTIONS:

2). To maintain the integrity of the skin mucous membrane layer, prevent skin dry and coarse.
3). To promote growth.
4). To be used as an antioxidant, may offer some protection against certain cancers and other diseases.
APPLICATION:
1).It can be used as intensifying agent for lipid foods such as margarine salad oil and benne oil to help beta-carotene absorption by human body.
2).Carrot extract can improve growth rate and flesh quality of animals.

STORAGE CONDITION:
Should be Sealed and Stored on the pallet, away from the wall and ground, under Clean, Dry, Cool and Ventilated Conditions without other odorants, at the temperature below 22 ℃（72℉）and below relative humidity of 65% (RH<65%).
SHELF LIFE:
12 Months in Normal Temperature; 24 Months from production date under recommended storage conditions.
