Dehydrated Carrots are an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.

FUNCTIONS:

Carrob has high nutritional value, which can be cooked or eaten raw, and can cook many kinds of dishes. Carrots are rich in nutrients, including sucrose, starch, carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folate, various amino acids(more lysine), mannitol, lignin, pectin, quercetin, kaempferol, volatile oil, caffeic acid, calcium and other mineral elements.
