PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Organic Carrot powder

The carrot is one kind vegetable, which is rich in beta carotene. Beta carotene is the molecule that gives carrots their orange colour. It is part of a family of chemicals called the carotenoids, which are found in many fruit and vegetables, as well as some animal products such as egg yolks. Biologically, beta carotene is most important as the precursor of vitamin A. It also has anti-oxidant properties and may help in preventing cancer and other diseases.

This product consists of high quality, freshly harvested, mature carrots which have been washed, peeled, trimmed, precisely diced and dried. This product is not grown from Genetically Modified seeds. After final drying step and prior to packaging, product is inspected and passed through magnets, metal detectors and X-ray inspector to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination.

STORAGE CONDITION:

Should be Sealed and Stored on the pallet, away from the wall and ground, under Clean, Dry, Cool and Ventilated Conditions without other odorants, at the temperature below 22 ℃（72℉）and below relative humidity of 65% (RH<65%).

SHELF LIFE:

12 Months in Normal Temperature; 24 Months from production date under recommended storage conditions.
