PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Chive 100%, without additives and carriers.
Chives, scientific name Allium schoenoprasum, are an edible species of the genus Allium.
FUNCTIONS:
1. It can reduce the body's cholesterol absorption, lower blood pressure.
2. It can has the effect of reducing diuresis and swelling.
3. It can treat iodine deficiency goiter effect.
4. It can reduce blood viscosity and reduce blood vessel sclerosis.
APPLICATION:
Chives are a commonly used herb and can be found in grocery stores or grown in home gardens. In culinary use, the scapes and the unopened, immature flower buds are diced and used as an ingredient for fish, potatoes, soups, and other dishes. The edible flowers can be used in salads and provide a somewhat milder flavor than those of other Allium species. Chives have insect-repelling properties that can be used in gardens to control pests.
